ShippedDecision Analysis & Resolution Framework
Built a DAR analytics framework evaluating 30+ quantitative metrics to assess security operations maturity and strengthen cyber risk governance. The framework automated the entire compliance analysis workflow across CMMC and NIST 800-171 controls (gap analysis, control effectiveness scoring, remediation tracking) and layered AI-driven anomaly detection on top of compliance risk scoring. The interesting part wasn’t the dashboards; it was watching compliance work shift from spreadsheet archaeology to real-time decision support.

ShippedWPI Portfolio Management System
The IT project intake at WPI ran on tribal knowledge. I designed the SharePoint architecture, built Power Apps interfaces, and created automated Power BI reporting pipelines that gave leadership real-time visibility into project health and portfolio performance. 60+ evaluation parameters, automated workflows, and architecture reviews that balanced technical feasibility with governance requirements.

ShippedMSSPSS Resource Planning & Client Visibility
A forecasting model integrating staffing requirements, compliance timelines, and budget data to optimize resource allocation across multiple client contracts. Custom DAX calculations and data models powered automated Power BI dashboards letting MSSPSS clients visualize contract timelines, delivery progress, and project health in real-time, across multiple client contexts, without sacrificing performance.

ShippedHigher Education Recruitment Platform
Led a cross-functional build that introduced Agile to a waterfall environment. The interesting part wasn’t the platform; it was watching a team that had never run sprints become productive in them within two cycles. 25% faster MVP delivery, but the methodology shift outlasted the project.
